Pet Friendly

ZEPHYR is pet friendly (on application) and fully fenced. Dog bowls are provided. Dogs must be approved prior to arrival and will incur a $100 fee. Owners are responsible for pet bedding and cleaning up after the dog. Dogs are permitted inside the property but strictly not on beds or furniture.


STRICT NO PARTY POLICY

This is a residential area and any disturbances to neighbouring properties will result in eviction. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings.
